Please fill in the application below. The fees is a nominal 15 dollars/year only for a whole family!! (KAW's yearly Membership runs from March 1 thru Feb 28/29). Once you complete the application and click on "Submit" button, you will get an option to pay using Paypal. You are not required to sign up with PayPal if you can pay using a credit card. For other forms of Paypal payments (Bank Transfer, e-check etc.) you will need to have a Paypal account.
